One of my favorite projects, @Wrestle40 is a digital time machine Twitted feed presenting #OnThisDay tweets in real-time as if Twitter existed 40 years ago. Inspired by @JFKOnThisDay from the @JFKLibrary (which featured daily tweets commemorating the 50th anniversary of JFK's first 100 days as President), @Wrestle40 tweets feature everything from news about pro wrestling (including TV show recaps with links to footage, title changes, and birthday announcements featuring a wrestler's then-current whereabouts and accomplishments), current events and news, pop culture happenings, weekly magazine covers (including Time, TV Guide, and Sports Illustrated), weekly movie box office and music chart updates, and more!
